We take care with the shipment of your items .   In the case that you receive the wrong item or a damaged item.

Please contact us at jcrkringles@comcast.net within 14 calendars days from receipt for a return authorization.

Please contact us by E-MAIL only as we do need written confirmation of this request.

Please follow the guidelines below.

 

Item must be returned in unused condition, all parts included  and shipped to us within 30 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for any insurance and tracking and that the correct address is placed on their package.

Items that are returned because buyer or receipient changed their minds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping is non refundable and return shipping is at buyers expense.

Once we receive your return we will first try to replace your item but if this is not possible a full refund will be issued.  Return shipping will only be refunded if the item was incorrect or damaged.  Shipping reimbursement amount will be reimbursed up to the original amount paid for shipping on your invoice.

 

Please check your shipping address on your order.  We ship usps only and if you order comes back to us due to a insufficient address or wrong address we will refund your purchase minus the shipping charges.  We do not ship to an alternate address once your order has been received.
