Cute item, difficult process, thanks to Amazon and the Post Office Sep 10, 2009

I ordered this item in the beginning of August and never received it. I contacted the Tribeca Blu twice through the Amazon Communications Center, and got no reply. Based on that, I left a bad review. Turns out, the seller never received my emails from Amazon and the post office for some reason had returned my package. So it we were let down by the system. Finally, we connected and the package was resent and delivered. The Beach Sand Bucket Shovel Ceiling Fan Pull Chain is adorable. I don't think it was worth the cost of shipping, handling, and extra agita, but I am still glad to have it.
