I ordered two of these for my little boy's ceiling fan, and they are very cute. I wanted diecast metal with a moving propeller, but these really look pretty good for plastic. My son loves them.

Nice detail. It's ceramic and therefore breakable. First one I bought fell and broke to 3 peices immediately. Seller was kind enough to ship out a replacement immediately. I hope this one holds out. It's really cute though.

The final airplane touch for an airplane room! Dec 01, 2009
I was so excited to find a ceiling fan pull chain in the shape of an airplane. It was just the right final touch for a room designed to give the grandchildren the right introduction to flying high. The delivery was fast. Unfortunately the first one had a broken propeller, but the vendor quickly shipped out another that is all in one piece. Terrific trinket that really flies in the airplane room!

Very cute and just what I wanted! However, even though the packaging appeared adequate, the propeller was broken when it arrived! Luckily, I had some super glue on hand. It is in one piece, but not very sturdy.
